Just on the outskirts of town, tucked away and not visible from the street, Pyt Cottage was a breathtakingly beautiful little house in white with black timber frame.<br><br>It was a bit more than we could afford, and it was falling down so we'd have had to live in a caravan in the garden while it was being fixed up. <br><br>And we didn't have the money to buy it and to renovate it.
