Ayak, whose Turkish Delight blog is just what it says, has given me this Kreativ Blogger award...with no strings attached!
I would like in turn to pass it...no strings attached to....
Susie at Desperate Anglo Housewives, Bordeaux who makes me laugh and who has wonderful recipes.
Don't read the 'Ouch' post unless you want to pucker up in a sensitive area.
The Accidental Farm-Girl, for the great way she describes her adjustment to a new life...and she has another blog too, rather wilder, which you can discover for yourselves.....
and
Grumpy Old Ken for whom the award - in whatever language - must have been created.
I know some bloggers think these awards are childish, or, in one case, given out together with cookies which track your path on the net with sinister intent, but I think they are a great way to share great blogs.

Congratulations and most assuredly deserved!
ReplyDeleteThank you....do try the blogs suggested.
DeleteWell done, Fly, and I shall blame you when I cease to have to time to eat and sleep.:-)
ReplyDeleteMy shoulders are broad......luckily!
DeleteThanks Fly! So sweet of you. It is definitely an adjustment to a new life, that's for sure. Hope you're having a lovely start to the weekend there!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy both your blogs..so it was well time to let others know too...
DeleteWeekend promising to be hectic...arts fairs, Goya exhibition...it feels like coming to life after the stagnation of rural France!
I think we should continue giving out awards from time to time..definitely with no strings attached. From the response since Perpetua started this, most bloggers are reluctant to accept them when they have to perform the tasks attached.
ReplyDeleteWell,I know it bothered me as most of the questions asked had no relevance to my life - but as a way of introducing good blogs to others it's unbeatable!!
DeleteWhat a wonderful story, Fly! I have an image of you in your nightie, hair in curlers, or maybe rags, storming out with your bayonet into the moonlight. :)
ReplyDeleteWell, in the interests of accuracy....hair loose, thus adding to mad woman effect, Quantas pyjama top and trousers (from BIL who travels first class), dressing gown and fake crocs.
DeleteEnough to alarm anyone who had not drink taken in vast quantities...
Thank you, am terrib,y flattered and not at all sure I am deserving! Really kind to think of me and I am so thrilled I make you laugh.
ReplyDeleteKindest regards
Susie
I only laugh in the nicest possible way....but I did want to share your blog with others.
