Costa Rica 2005 (5) (Photo credit: Philippe Guillaume)Costa Rica promotes itself as being Green...Eco..you name it.So tell me what is Green or Eco about fishing boats capturing sharks, stripping off their fins for the lucrative Chinese market and dumping the sharks back into the sea...to die slowly from drowning.
