  1. Fortunately Dengue fever is restricted to the north of Australia, Slow talking Queensland residents and those weirdo's who choose to live in the Northern territories.
Have often suspected those Politicians up there are affected with a drop of Dengue in their noddle, the Late Premier of Queensland Joh Bjelke Petersen certainly Qualified - usually referred to as Jo bonkers bananas. Another who comes to mind would be Pauline Hanson a fish and chip shop owner, thick as a brick.

Sorry I just cannot stand blogs that have a noise to their taste on them, I just never return.
    Bonne semaine, Diane

    1. Yes, I agree about the music...I'm usually near the end before it starts otherwise I'd be off too.

  3. Interesting post... just read a piece by WIlliam Dalrymple (who now lives in India) about the contrast between India's public and private services and the sheer corruption and stupidity of what goes on in the public sector. I had to kill the sound too, but each to their own is what I say....

    1. I dislike sound on blogs...but I find this one generally interesting and thought provoking.
When you think of all the potential in India being blocked and squashed by red tape and corruption...can you imagine having to pay tolls when you cross into another province....you see why there is such a diaspora.

  4. I too had to kill the sound as it kicked off straight away and I couldn't concentrate. :-) Very interesting post which says a lot about why things don't work in India as they should. Politicians!
